How to Revise?

Hallo, guyss....
It's been a very long time since my last updates in August...

Sorry for that.. but now i will start to write again C:

HOW TO REVISE for an exam?

NOTE : There is no one method of revising that works for everybody, so it is important to discover the approach that suits you best. Here, i will give you the general guidelines.

1. GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME
Leaving everything until the last minute reduces your chances to success. work will become more stressful, which will reduce your concentration.

2. PLAN YOUR REVISION TIMETABLE
You need to plan your revision timetable some weeks before the examination and make sure that your time is shared suitably between all your subjects. Once you have done this, FOLLOW IT - DON'T BE SIDE-TRACKED.

3. RELAX
Concentrated revision is very hard work. It is as important to give yourself time to relax as it is to work. Build some leisure time into your revision timetable.

4. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK
When you are working, work for about an hour and then take a short tea or coffee break for 15 to 20 minutes. Then go back to another productive revision period.

5. FIND A QUITE CORNER
Find the conditions in which you can revise most effectively. Any distraction lowers concentration.

6. MAKE SHORT NOTES, USE COLOURS
Revision is often more effective when you do something active rather than simply reading material.

7. PRACTICE ANSWERING QUESTIONS
'Practice makes Perfect'

Well, hope this 7 ways could help you...
Thank you :)

Gunung Padang, Cianjur, Indonesia

Another interesting place to go ~ ~ ~
Gunung Padang is a megalithic site located in Cianjur, Indonesia. It is popular nowadays, because some TV stations have visited this site and reported it.

How to get there?
- Rental a car. You can rental car from Bandung. It is easier because the drivers usually had known the place. So, you just enjoy the ride. *actually you cannot really enjoy the ride because the road is just very snaky.
- Drive own car. Firstly from Bandung use toll and go out at the Padalarang toll. Then ask for directions. I don't really confident to show you the way >.<
- Backpackers' style. Ride a bus to Cianjur. Ride several angkot (public transportation in form of car). Finally, ojek (motorcycles). *more tiring, more complicated, more ezpensive, and more memorable

How long it takes to go the the site?
Yesterday, when my mother drove from Bandung to Cianjur, it took about 2 hours (no traffic jam). From Cianjur to the site took 1-2 hours. So, in total 3-4 hours.

The real stair to the place
left: the real, right: artificial

John Evans, the Best Head Balancer

Lifting bricks. Lifting tables. Lifting a car.
A total amazing talent to lift that things on head without hands.
John Evans discovered his talent when he was working to be a construction labourer.
He's doing this for charity. He will give all he got to blind people, because unfortunately he only has 1 functionate eye.

The Best Head Balancer in the World is being invited to Star King, one of Korea's reality show.
John Evans are being admired by the celebrity in Korea, such as Leeteuk Super Junior, Boom, and others.
On the show, he lifted 250 glasses of coloured water that was arrayed to be 9 storeys.
He also made a new record by lifting 12 tables (2 metres long), hands free, 10 seconds.
See more about John's actions on http://www.headbalancer.com/world-records.htm

"I'm happy to be 65 years old, diabetic, one eye, and the best in the world."
A very touching sentence he gave in the end of the show Star King.

So, what we can learn from John is that we have to be GRATEFUL.

Even in the toughest situation, we still have to give our best.
